This equipment is sold to Buyer AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Seller makes no other warranty of any kind, express or implied. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT-ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY SELLER AND EXCLUDED. Buyer is not relaying upon any representaion or statement of Seller Concering the nature or the condition of the Equipment, Or compliance with any applicable laws.

Pickup Requirements

This equipment is currently at the client's location. Upon sale, the equipment needs to be moved out of location within 14 working days to avoid incuring of storage fees.
