Buyer

Step 1: Register

Registration is free and only takes a couple minutes. You will get access to bid in Online Auctions, equipment update emails, and personalized services.

Every bidder registers online through www.warehousenetworks.com. After submitting your online registration form you will be asked to submit one or two forms of identification depending on your country of residence. You can submit your forms of identification by email to info@warehouseng.com . After submitting proof of identification, you will receive bidding access via email notification.

Step 2: View the Auction Calendar

Our auction calendar will tell you when we are having an auction, what is being auctioned, and where it will be located (so that you may inspect the lot if you choose). You can also get a full list of equipment as well as other important information about the auction.

Step 3: Login to bid

Online Auction lots typically open seven days before the closing day(s) of the Online Auction. Login with the bidder ID and password (you get this information when you register) to bid.

Step 4: Prior to Bidding

Preview Equipment
In Online Auctions, lots are available to preview on the website one to two weeks before the sale. Complete descriptions and pictures are provided.

Step 5: During Bidding

Intelligent bidding
You can set your highest bid (called a Proxy bid) and the Online Auction system will bid on your behalf up to that price, so you don't have to watch the entire Online Auction. If you wish, the system will email you when you’re outbid.

Step 6: After Winning the Lot

Winning bidders will receive an invoice and additional paperwork via email after the last lot of the Online Auction closes. The invoice will include detailed instructions for payment. Some of the paperwork will require buyer's signatures and must be returned via email.

Again, detailed instructions will be included. Once payment and paperwork has been received, the Buyer will receive an Authorization for Release with instructions for picking up the purchased material.

Step 7: Payment Options

At the completion of the Online Auction, Warehouse Networks will generate an invoice for each buyer including the amount due. The total is comprised of three components:

Winning Bid Amount

Buyer’s Premium Fee (15 % of Winning Bid amount)
